Solis Isla Vista, formerly known as The Hive Isla Vista, are
off-campus student apartments in Isla Vista near the University of
California, Santa Barbara. We are perfectly situated steps from the
beach and near-endless dining and entertainment options. Our
studio, 1, 2, and 3-bedroom floor plans put you within walking
distance to UCSB! Solis Isla Vista offers five unique apartment
communities to choose from. Offering residents modern upgraded
floor plans, tile and hardwood flooring, vaulted ceilings, ample
amount of storage space, private patio and balcony, ocean views,
